Virtual Northwest Airlines is dedicated to providing a realistic, yet unique environment for the advancement of the virtual aviation hobby and experience. Members can feel as part of a family of like minded enthusiasts, while experiencing one of what we believe to be the best VA's out there.
We strive to simulate Northwest Airlines as closely as possibly before they merged, by utilizing their same fleet, routes, and hubs. We provide many tools to enhance the quality of the experience, and to make it as realistic as possible.

New Website and ACARS
To All Virtual Northwest Pilots,
It is with great pleasure to announce the grand opening of our new site, www.vnorthwest.com. Please take this time between 5/1/12 to 5/15/12 to register for membership on this new site. We have a new ACARS system called World ACARS (wACARS) that you will be able to download from you pilot center once you have joined. There is also a "How to Log a Flight" presentaion for the new system in the Pilot Center "Download" section as well. To register for the new site, please go to www.vnorthwest.com, and click the register tab. You do not need to click the apply tab, as this is for New Pilots who have not been established with us. As of 5/1/12 we will begin phasing out the virtualnorthwest.org site and VA Financials. Please be advised that we are still going to be working out some kinks in the system, but rest assured the system does work as it has be tested and utilized by the staff for a few months now. All of your hours from VAFS will be tranfered over as well. vNWA VAFS5 will be shut down on MAY 15, 2012. Please be sure to transfer to the new website and operatiing system by that date. Please use the Forums for any questions or comments you may have as well as utilize our Team Speak server. The TS3 information is in the notification document you will receive in the transfer information to the new website. Please post in the Forums or email one of the staff if you are having issues with TS as well.
